Discussion Summary:
During the meeting, parents discussed issues with the team stats on the OLLIE platform, noting that information is sometimes inconsistent or incorrect. Some families also said they weren’t sure where to find team standings. Parents suggested adding clear resources on how to navigate OLLIE stats to the club’s Resource Library, providing contact information for troubleshooting, and offering short training sessions for team managers and coaches to ensure consistency.
There were also several questions about work hours, as many parents found the process confusing. They asked who to contact for help signing up, whether setting up or taking down goals and flags counts toward Work Deposit Hours, and mentioned that some sign-ups haven’t received follow-up responses. These questions still need clarification from ATOMIC management.
In closing, the group agreed that the feedback was valuable and identified that some of the posted codes and links were incorrect and will need to be updated before the next meeting. For future improvement, parents suggested creating a centralized section on the ATOMIC website that includes past meeting notes, official responses from the club, and an ongoing FAQ page to keep everyone informed.
