Welcome to Atomic Athletics Parents Anonymous
Welcome to the Parents Anonymous page – a space created by the parents, for the parents. This is where families in the Atomic Athletics community can come together for a wide-ranging, completely anonymous meeting to share ideas, voice concerns, and collaborate on ways to improve the club experience. Meetings are hosted by a parent advocate following a structured agenda to ensure productive and respectful discussion.
Key Points:
- Who’s invited: All Atomic Athletics parents.
-
Who’s not present: Coaches, administrators, and team managers – this is a parent-only space. (Separate meetings can be requested for parents in administrative roles to ensure confidentiality and provide a safe, open space to share.)
-
Purpose: To provide a safe, constructive, and confidential environment where parents can speak openly, share feedback, and propose solutions that benefit the entire club.
-
When: Meetings are held every 3rd Thursday of the month at 8:00 PM via Zoom.

What qualifies as a Work Deposit task?
A Work Deposit task is any activity that provides a club-wide benefit.
Examples include:
-
Tasks listed on our website: Work Deposit Hours List.
-
Tasks you propose that benefit the entire club, not just one team.
Important: If the activity only benefits a single team, it does not qualify. For instance:
-
Bringing treats to your team
-
Recording team statistics
-
Setting up team parties or amenities
These are team-specific and do not count toward Work Deposit hours. In short, any task that benefits the entire club can earn Work Deposit credit.

What is the Work Deposit Program?
The Work Deposit Program (WDH) allows families to actively contribute to Atomic Athletics while reducing participation fees. By completing approved tasks or fundraising activities that benefit the entire club, families earn credits toward their club fees.
