Building a Club That Feels Like Family
At Atomic Athletics, we believe our strength comes from more than just skill and competition—it comes from our relationships. The Atomic Soccer Girls (ASG) and Atomic Soccer Boys (ASB) programs are designed to unite players across age groups, build mentorship, and create a culture of leadership, support, and belonging.
Through our “Big Sister/Little Sister” and “Big Brother/Little Brother” systems, older players are paired with younger teammates to offer guidance, encouragement, and friendship throughout the season. These intentional connections help every player feel seen, valued, and part of something bigger than themselves.

Atomic Soccer Girls (ASG)
The ASG program is designed to empower and connect the girls of Atomic Athletics through mentorship, leadership, and community-building experiences. ASG helps young female athletes grow in confidence while giving older players a platform to lead with character. With events throughout the year and a strong sisterhood at its core, ASG is about more than soccer—it’s about creating lifelong bonds.
Atomic Soccer Boys (ASB)
The ASB program gives boys in our club a unique space to develop leadership, build community, and take pride in mentoring the next generation of players. Through team-building activities and consistent support, ASB helps create strong role models and lasting friendships. The boys learn not only to compete—but to care, encourage, and lead with purpose.
Kickoff Party: Starting the Season in Style
We launch the ASG and ASB programs with a themed kickoff party that’s full of energy and excitement. Each year brings a new theme—like neon nights or superhero celebrations—setting the tone for a fun, connected season ahead.
Training Day: Older Players Leading the Way
One of the most impactful events is our ASG/ASB Training Day, where older players run a special training session for their littles. This day gives our older athletes a chance to lead and mentor, while our younger players gain skills and confidence in a positive, inspiring environment.
Year-Round Support & Creativity
Bigs and Littles are encouraged to support one another all year long—through cheering at games, surprise notes, shared traditions, and creative team challenges. These connections strengthen the emotional and social fabric of our club.
