Development Program Overview
The Atomic Player Development Program is a dynamic training initiative designed to elevate the skills and performance of all players. Led by our USSF-certified coaching staff, each session delivers high-energy and professional group training.
The program focuses on three key goals:
- Individual Player Skill Development: We emphasize individual player skill development by focusing on fundamentals such as ball control, dribbling, passing, and shooting – Helping players grow more confident and consistent in their technique.
- Increase Players’ Power, Speed, and Agility: We work to increase players’ power, speed, and agility through age-appropriate fitness activities that enhance explosiveness, coordination, and quickness—giving athletes a physical edge on the field.
- Build Confidence with the Ball: We strive to build confidence with the ball by creating a supportive environment where players are encouraged to take risks, express themselves, and develop creativity during play.

Year-Round Access. Seasonal Commitment
Development runs year-round and is divided into four seasonal sessions, each beginning at the start of a new quarter to provide a clear and consistent training cycle:

-
Fall Season: August 17 – October 31
-
Winter Season: November 1 – February 28
-
Spring Season: March 1 – May 31
Each season includes weekly training sessions led by professional coaches in age-appropriate groups.
- Group 1: U5–U8 players
- Group 2: U9-U11 players
- Group 3: U12+ players
This structure ensures every player receives age-appropriate coaching tailored to their stage of development.
-
For Club Members: Participation is included in club fees.
-
For Non-Club Members: The cost is $240 per season for once-a-week training.
If you join in the middle of a season, your fee will be prorated accordingly—so you only pay for the sessions you attend.
