Coach’s Message To The Team

Welcome!! I am so excited to begin the 2025/2026 season with this AMAZING team!! This last year we experienced a lot of growth and development, and really built something special!! I can't wait to see what we will accomplish together with our new additions to the team!! We are beyond excited to have you join our amazing Atomic family!! As we embark on this new season, we will be moving to 11 v 11, a size 5 ball, bigger goals and a larger field size. A new formation and positions will be introduced which will inevitably bring its challenges, but also opportunities for these girls to grow in confidence; in themselves and in their teammates as they navigate these changes together! As the coach, my goal is to help these girls develop an even deeper knowledge and love for the game in a positive, safe, and encouraging environment. I always tell the girls, "Progress, not perfection", and to "always give 110%"! I want the girls to come to practice and games with the drive to learn, to improve, and to work hard. Winning is fun, but the win's aren't always just the goals in the back of the net. They are the connections we are making, the cohesiveness we are creating, the implementation of skills learned in practice, and mentally staying focused in the game when things aren't going our way. These are the moments that build these girls on and off the field, and help them to take on the challenges of life with the mental fortitude they learned on the field. We are going to have so much fun and grow a lot together this year!! Here's to a great season ahead!!

Ambassadors of Compassion (AOC) Survey Program OPENS OCTOBER 1st!

Families will have the opportunity to fulfill their Work Deposit Hours through this simple online survey program.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Each person who completes 50 surveys earns $40 toward their family’s Work Deposit.
  • Families need a minimum of 10 people completing 50 surveys each to fully satisfy their Work Deposit requirement.
  • The program runs for 30 days OR until funds are all claimed, so please recruit participants early.

Hello! I'm Coach Traci and I was born and raised in San Diego, CA. My love for soccer started when I was 6 and has only continued to grow over the years! I've played competitively my entire life, and was blessed to compete with the same team for 6 years straight, eventually winning State Cup!! They were like my family, and I truly contribute a lot of my success on and off the field to the amazing coach I had, and the incredible teammates that I was surrounded by! I went on to play 1 year at William Penn University in Oskaloosa, Iowa, and then transferred to Utah Valley University. Due to injuries, my soccer career came to a halt a lot sooner than I had hoped. Thankfully I have been able to play in indoor leagues and stay in the game when time permits. In 2016 I began coaching and realized my passion for teaching the game and watching kids develop the same love for the game that I have! I love watching them grow, and experience the joy in mastering new skills, and finding a home on the soccer field. I recently received my D Coaching License and am excited to implement what I have learned, and continue growing as a coach with Atomic!
