Take a moment to carefully review our Club Code of Conduct and confirm your agreement.
STEP 3: Complete the onbooarding checklist
Follow the instructions to get onboarded onto our club app and pay your club fee.
STEP 4: Register Your player with UYSA

Use the unique player code provided above to register your player. Please note that the registration deadline is June 20th.
Approval will not be granted until Step 3 is completed.
STEP 5: Order your Team Uniform
Instructions will be provided soon. The store will open for purchases on June 10th.
